The Firm

“Bandeira, Reis Lima & Brás da Cunha – Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL” (BRLC), founded in january 1995, results from a partnership between lawyers with common professional experience as lawyers of the Porto Stock Exchange and the Porto Derivatives Market and with similar academic experience. For this reason, BRLC has always had an important presence at the level of the Financial Law (securities/financial instruments), providing legal advice both to financial intermediaries and to professional and nonprofessional investors, as well as legal advising on the corporate, labor, contractual and tax areas.

In addition, BRLC currently has a highly qualified team of lawyers and jurists working in a wide range of practice areas and providing legal counseling and assistance to national and foreign companies.

Main Areas of Practice

BRLC is specially engaged in the areas of Financial Law - securities and financial instruments – and Real Estate Law. Furthermore, BRLC has a long tradition in the legal advising of a wide range of business activities, both on legal consultancy and litigation, involving correlated Law areas, such as Corporate Law, Tax Law, Contract Law, Labor Law and Intellectual Property Law.
