 “Bandeira, Reis Lima & Brás da Cunha – Sociedade de Advogados, RL” (BRLC), founded in January 1995, results from a partnership between lawyers with common professional experience as lawyers of the Porto Stock Exchange and the Porto Derivatives Market.

For this particular reason, BRLC has always had an important devotion to financial law and securities, providing legal advice to several financial intermediaries.

In addition, BRLC’s legal services include many areas of law linked to the Corporate and Business, namely Tax Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Labour Law and Intellectual Property Law, whether in the field of consulting or in litigation context.
